Shipping restrictions:
We currently ship to all countries except: Ireland & Israel. This is due to a significant number of automatic customs rejections.

International customs checks can cause delays. SVV ART is not responsible for any delays after dispatch.

Returns:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order has the correct shipping address.
If your order has been returned to sender you will be automatically refunded the cost of your goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not accept refunds/returns on orders that were delivered with the exact items as ordered or have no damage. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order.
